Air Quality

Because dentally generated aerosols stay in the air and travel farther than splash and spatter, distant contamination may occur.

To both contain and minimize this, we have addressed ventilation for the entire building.  Throughout the office portable Hepa air exchangers clean and disinfect the air.  In each dental operatory, there is both a UV/Hepa disinfector as well as a separate forced air hepa filtration unit to remove all of the air from the room between patients.  This combination provides 60 air changes per hour in the treatment rooms.
