Wherever possible we try to use reusable approved sterilization products to avoid single use waste. These products include wraps for sterilization cassets, pouches for individual instruments. One single reusable pouch at end of life is 3 cubic inches vs the equivalent single use pouches which would consist of 300 cubic inches of waste.

Dental sterilizers require extremely pure water for operation. Traditionally this was achived by purchasing bottles of distilled water which has a large environmental impact to recyle these plastic bottles. Vistapure allows us to divert a significant amount of plastic from entering the environement.
